I have been taking the Essentials Skin Food for a month now and have noticed the lines around my mouth are less. However I haven't seen any difference with my arms or legs. I was hoping that this would help. Maybe in the few months I will see a difference. I do eat a plant based diet filled with lots of leafy green vegetables, fruits, beans, and some whole grains. Exercise regularly, water is my drink of choice, and take a gut and whole body supplement program. I'm not sure if this product will help with collegan production and elasticity in my legs and arms.

I really enjoyed this vitamin, the main thing I noticed was more energy and a smaller appetite. I didn't notice any changes in my skin, but I was very happy with how it made me feel.

I have insomnia and my face shows it. I've only been taking this product for a little over a week and I feel like the bags under my eyes look less pronounced. Also I'm actually sleeping more. This could be due to any number of things but this product is the only thing that has changed in my life in the relevant period of time. So I will order bottle #2 and see how we go. I just opened my second jar of Skin Food. I am in California and it's been colder than usual and very humid, and with the change of season coming up I usually have skin allergies and dry skin... well, not this year. Despite the bad weather and the allergies, my skin glows and is soft, I haven't noticed any dryness or the patches I get EVERY YEAR and I am sure is my eating and also these vitamins, my allergies limited to only itchy areas but not the way the skin loos. And now that I think about it, my nails are stronger too. So, yeah, maybe is what's coming into my system, definitely will not stop using this product, I'm liking it.

I am about halfway through my second bottle of Essential Skin Food and about two weeks ago I realized that my crows feet didn't look so deep. The skin around my eyes in general just seems different (in a good way). I also noticed that the skin on my arms feel really soft lately, but I've been traveling so I can't be certain that it isn't related to the water when I shower. Overall, this supplement has agreed with me (no side effects), and I'm going to keep watching the eye area for improvements.

My skin is very thin on the sides of my face and has been known to easily tear but not since using Essential Skin Food!

It might just be because I'm young but this really works for me. I saw results in the first week especially around my eyes. I only have skin problems because of a health condition from last year so I can't say how well it will work for older people but it's really worked for me. I had puffy baggy skin near my eyes and corners of my mouth that made me really insecure. After 2 months I seen a huge improvement. I'm already young but I look like I'm aging backwards and others have noticed too. I didn't notice until almost the third bottle but it has also reduced cellulite on my legs by alot actually. It is super early in the game to be writing a review but i felt like i needed to share. I honestly was expecting to see results in a month at the earliest if i saw anything. Truthfully wasnt expecting much. I have only beed taking this for TWO days. Two days!!! The most noticable place i am seeing a change already is my upper arm. It was beginning to look like an old lady arm. Getting kind of crepey and wrinkly. After two days of using this some of the signs of aging seem to have just disappeared. My arms look more youthful and smooth. I cannot believe this is working that fast. Not sure if i am imagining what im seeing of if it is actually repiring my skin that quickly. I purchased this to help guard against signs of aging, but my pores are shrinking, and it's only been a few weeks. I wish this had been around when I was a teenager. I purposely decreased the amount of product I've been using to see how well this works. I'm in my early 40s with fine lines. The lines are still there, but you can no longer take a dip in my pores and that's way more than I expected. I may stop wearing foundation altogether soon.

II’ve been taking this for about 6 weeks now and I do notice an improvement. I’m 68 and have gotten used to the wrinkles around the eyes and lips. Where I noticed the most improvement though has been to the new smile wrinkles on the sides of my face, below my cheeks. They are much less noticeable and that area is smoother. Hoping in time the eyes and lips will look better, but hey, I’ll take what I can get naturally. The skin on my hands is softer and smoother as well. I have always had some dry patches on them that I was told were due to sun damage. Winter is not yet over in the Northeast and my hands look and feel better than they have in a while. I’m going to keep taking this as long as I can afford to. A senior discount would be so special.

I tend to have rosacea and that has gone away. I am now on my 4 th bottle but saw good results after 2nd bottle. I tried one bottle and in 2 weeks I started seeing my skin more flexible and shiny. I literally was able to see a change in the mirror. The freshness was there and some wrinkles were shifting. They didn't disappear but they softened. I have to say that I have been doing face massages too, but that had been donde before without skin food and never saw this kind of results.

I am 2 months into the product. My boyfriend and I use it each day, or whenever we remember which is at least 5 of the 7 days a week. We have both seem improvements in our skin texture and radiance, however we're also taking the probiotic supplement from this brand, as well as enhancing our diet and exercise programme. We are pleased with the results, but it's still tricky to tell if it's related to our overall health or the supplements. Personally, I need another 4 weeks to really decide if this is worth the results, or if the probiotic supplement on its own is the convincing partner.....
